About Smith Brothers Dental in Klamath Falls
Not just family dentists.
A family of dentists.
The apple didn't fall far from the dental chair
Smith Brothers Dental started with their father, who opened the practice in Klamath Falls in 1981 and cared for local families for more than 30 years. Dr. Andrew Smith and Dr. Nick Smith grew up around the practice, learned the craft, and came home to carry it forward.
Today, the brothers care for patients in a modern, custom-designed office built for the next generation of Klamath Falls dentistry.
Same family name, honest approach, and two dentists who still treat patients like neighbors.
The two of us
Dr. Andrew Smith
Dr. Andrew Smith grew up in Klamath Falls and came back home in 2008 to practice alongside his father, Dr. T. Alexander Smith. For him, dentistry is a way to keep caring for the same community that raised him, with honest treatment, steady improvement, and long-term relationships at the center of every visit.

Same-day crowns, because your time matters
We invest in technology when it makes the experience better for patients. CEREC same-day crowns are one of the best examples.
Instead of taking goopy impressions, placing a temporary crown, and asking you to come back weeks later, our CEREC system lets us design, mill, and place many crowns in one visit.
Why does this practice run the way it does
We're a family practice in the most literal sense: we treat families, and we built this practice on the trust our father earned before us.
Many patients first came here as kids, and now they bring their own families. That kind of continuity matters to us. It means we're not here to rush people in and out. We're here to show up the same way, year after year, with honest recommendations and care that makes sense.
Insurance and payment
We take dental insurance, cash, checks, and credit cards. Before any treatment begins, we walk you through what's covered and what to expect so there are no surprises when it's time to pay. Questions? Call (541) 884-1331.
