I’ve worked for Dr. Smith since 2011 and what a pleasure it has been. I enjoy each day helping the patients, assisting Dr. Smith, and working with the the ladies in the office who have become dear friends. My family life is blessed with a very loving husband John and our four children, Zac, Josh, Taylor, and Haley. Our home life is full of activity with two high school children. I look forward to this summer of backpacking the PCT with my girls, training for a small triathlon with a few of my co-workers, a family reunion, and a meal or two with dear friends.

I grew up on a ranch in eastern Klamath County and that is still where I like to spend time when I can. I have been in the dental field for many years after taking some time off when my children were young. I thoroughly enjoy my job. I feel I am blessed to work for and with the people I do. They are not only co-workers, but good friends. We have so many wonderful patients, I look forward to seeing them come through our door and I enjoy meeting new patients. I also enjoy biking, hiking, working in my yard, reading, and spending time with my family, especially my children and grandchildren.

Dental Assistant
I grew up on my family’s alfalfa and grain farm in Macdoel, CA and worked on the farm until I moved to Klamath Falls after graduating from Triad High School. I was soon introduced to dental assisting. I am now a certified dental assistant and I love getting to know all of our patients and seeing that their needs are met. I’ve worked in the office since 2012 and I love every aspect of it. My coworkers are considered family and patients become friends. When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, geocaching, camping, traveling, and helping others.

I consider myself very lucky to work with such an incredible dentist and great co-workers who I also call very dear friends. You don’t hear if often that people enjoy going to work. I, however, am one that does for several reasons. I love being an advocate for our patients to ensure not only good oral health but educating them that good oral health and good overall health go hand in hand. Also, being able to spend my work day with some of my dearest friends, that is great! When I am not at work I enjoy volunteering in my son’s class, spending time with family and friends, and when it works, squeezing in a yoga class.

I have been a part of this caring and loving team since 2000. There is not a day that goes by that I don’t count it a blessing to work with an incredible group whose top priority is to provide the best care possible for all of our patients! I am a wife to my wonderful husband Dale of 27 years. We have two grown children who are both busy working on developing their own lives and careers. We have 2 dogs and 2 horses and love being outside, hiking, biking, camping, or working in our yard. I have lived in Klamath Falls for over 30 years and graduated from the dental hygiene program at OIT in 1987.

I love my co-workers and I love my patients who are much more than patients but people who become friends. It is such a blessing to come to work with excitement and a smile and leave feeling that you have been given a gift. I enjoy teaching my children, paper crafting, photography, and running.
Very friendly and caring staff. They always seem to remember you. The Doc has a gentle touch and is very good at what he does. Highly recommended.
